Imaging and Imagining Our Cities

Imaging and Imagining Our Cities

On Sunday, October 23 from 3-5pm at the Philadelphia Gersham Y, OLIN CEO and Partner Lucinda Sanders will moderate Imaging and Imagining Our Cities, a symposium exploring how we have imaged and imagined our cities a decade into the new millennium, and what observations, documentation, and participation in the evolution of our cities means for the future of the urban metropolis.

Panelists include Elijah Anderson, author of Cosmopolitan Canopy: Race and Civility in Everyday Life; Stephen Perloff, founder and editor of Photo Review; and Matthew Christopher Murray, editor of www.AbandonedAmerica.us. This event, part of DesignPhiladelphia, the nation’s largest design festival, is free and open to public. The Philadelphia Gersham Y is located at 401 South Broad Street.
