Central Delaware Riverfront
The Master Plan for the Central Delaware Riverfront has been posted on plancentraldelaware.com. The plan for the Delaware Riverfront in downtown Philadelphia is a 25-year implementation plan that will transform the Delaware into a vibrant six-mile length of urban waterfront. With a focus on enhancing the urban ecology of Philadelphia in order to promote social equity and economic well-being, the plan seeks to develop the 924 acres of waterfront through a green infrastructural approach. Done in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team that included Cooper Robertson & Partners, KieranTimberlake, and HR&A Advisors, the OLIN team engaged with over thirty stakeholder groups to build consensus for the final master plan.
