New OLIN Employees

OLIN welcomes five new members to our Philadelphia studio.

Ari Miller has worked for the past seven years as a landscape designer, after graduating in 2003 from University of Massachusetts. He has had extensive experience managing Green Roof design projects. Ari has also recently welcomed two new additions—boy and girl twins—to his own family. Ari joins OLIN as a Landscape Designer.

Joey Hays, a recent graduate of University of Virginia with a Master of Landscape Architecture, joined OLIN as a Landscape Designer in May. With an additional Master of Arts from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Winthrop University, Joey has a comprehensive career in academia.

Marisa Razi is welcomed to OLIN as a Landscape Architect.  She studied at the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a Master of Landscape Architecture with a certificate in Urban Design in 2003, after graduating with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University.

Andy Dawson, who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture and City Planning, joins OLIN as a Landscape Designer. Also a graduate of SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Andy earned the Wallace Roberts & Todd Award in 2009.

Andrew McConnico—also a graduate of University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Landscape Architecture—joins OLIN as Landscape Designer after working with us as a Design Intern. Andrew received the Laurie D. Olin Prize in Architecture and the American Society of Landscape Architects National Honor Award in 2012.
