Festival Pier

The new Festival Pier development is one of several major projects to come out of OLIN’s master plan for the Central Delaware riverfront in Philadelphia. The project calls for approximately 550 units of rental housing, 30,000 square feet of retail, and generous public space oriented around the extension of the Spring Garden Street corridor, a key node connecting the long disconnected waterfront site to central Philadelphia.
