A Partner since 2009, Hallie has 20 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture and urban design. She recently led the OLIN team that produced the winning entry for the 11th Street Bridge Park competition in Washington, DC. She is currently co-leading landscape designs for the new U.S. Embassy in London and Washington, DC’s historic Franklin Park. Some of Hallie’s other notable works include the landscape for California Memorial Stadium at University of California, Berkeley, healing gardens over structure at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and Spirit of Women Park at Ohio State University Medical Center, also in Columbus.
Hallie holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Art in Art History from Bucknell University. For three years, she co-led an ongoing studio at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design, which explores the idea of catalytic landscapes that sustainably transform rural towns along the Czech-Austrian border. She has also been a guest critic at the University of Virginia and Temple University.
