Josh is a key member of OLIN’s Leadership Team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the firm’s professional standards. This includes providing leadership in project execution, overseeing OLIN’s quality assurance and quality control protocols, monitoring project financial performance, and leading staffing and professional development initiatives. He is a founding member of OLIN Labs and leads Build Lab with a focus on improving OLIN’s practice and approach to construction documentation as well as educating design staff on sustainable construction solutions. He is currently working with an OLIN Labs team on grant funded efforts around research and testing of an innovative recycled glass-based soil mix.

He has worked on award-winning projects such as Fountain Square in Cincinnati, Ohio; the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City; and Yale University’s Franklin and Murray Colleges in New Haven, Connecticut. More recently Josh served as an on-site project manager during the construction of Apple Park, the company’s iconic new campus in Cupertino, California.
