Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Project Partners,

As we plan an expansion of shared stewardship of OLIN, we’re so pleased to announce our most recent developments. In the last year, leadership at OLIN has grown. Two of our celebrated Partners have taken new roles—developed through interests and talents that have guided their everyday practice while making ours continually better. Building both the legacy and future of OLIN, Richard Roark is our Chief Purpose Officer (CPO) and Tiffany Beamer is now our Chief Operating Officer (COO). While I continue as OLIN’s Chief Executive Officer—steering what we do and what we think about, getting and giving back an infusion of ideas and energy—along with CFO Steve Dubin, now Richard and Tiffany augment the chief leadership of OLIN.

And there is more exciting news! In the coming months, we look forward to introducing you to our four newest Partners, each of whom has been with OLIN through their careers, now taking on greater responsibility for charting our ongoing success and collaborations: Ryan Buckley, Greg Burrell, Janelle Johnson, and Demetrios Staurinos. Additionally, Josh Leaskey has been elevated to a new position as our Director of Professional Practice.
